A leading Government Institution are seeking a Service Architect (SC Cleared), to undertake an initial 6-month engagement (extendable).

Producing detailed service designs, you will lead on projects of work, acting as an SME and ensuring the design meets user and wider programme needs.

Experience requirements:

  • Demonstrated strength in process, technical, and team leadership, with a drive to produce high-quality designs and foster a culture focused on technical excellence and creative problem solving.
  • Reviewing, challenging and approving supplier process documentation for ITSM, Transition, Planning and Supplier Exit processes.
  • Proven ability to work across complex technology environments, collaborating with third-party vendors (including supporting procurement activities) as well as internal and cross-government stakeholders.
  • Track record of leading the delivery of complex service solutions within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring outcomes are stable, resilient, fully tested, and well documented.
  • Experience identifying emerging technology trends and advising on how future developments may benefit products or services.
  • Strong communication skills.
