This role sits within a globally distributed team, providing end-to-end support, analysis and optimisation of BI reporting platforms, ensuring data accuracy, usability and business alignment across multiple regions.
Responsibilities for the Senior Tableau Developer:
- Act as a subject matter expert across BI reporting platforms, understanding data models, business logic and reporting structures
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, reporting issues and user queries
- Support and manage incoming requests across BI platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and root cause analysis across multiple data sources
- Provide clear guidance to stakeholders on data interpretation, metrics and reporting logic
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve platform issues
- Support operational workflows including automated request handling and exception management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting accuracy, processes and user experience
