A public sector organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a high-profile, user-focused service. This role sits within a multidisciplinary environment, working at pace to analyse, shape and deliver business and digital change. You will play a key role in ensuring services are designed around user needs, aligned to organisational goals, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Experience requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities across complex programmes and services.
  • Elicit, define and translate business and user needs into clear requirements.
  • Analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities and define target operating models.
  • Support the design, development and testing of new services and solutions.
  • Assess impacts of change, including business, policy and operational constraints.
  • Define success measures and ensure delivery aligns to expected outcomes and benefits.
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary Agile teams to support iterative delivery.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Essential:

  • Proven experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst within digital environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working within Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and drive solutions through to delivery.
  • Experience translating business goals into clear requirements and outcomes.
  • Understanding of operating models, business change and service design principles.
