Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year
Requirements:
- Strong experience configuring SAP Project Systems (PS)
- Experience working within SAP S/4HANA Professional Services environments
- Knowledge of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM)
- Strong understanding of project planning, costing, billing and project financial management
- Experience integrating SAP PS with SD, FI/CO, Time Management and related SAP modules
- Experience producing functional specifications, testing documentation and solution designs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- SAP PS Certification is desirable
- Experience delivering SAP Professional Services implementations is desirable
- Experience supporting enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes is desirable
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors, Replicon, Concur or ProFinda integrations is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Project Systems solutions
- Configure SAP PS including Project Definitions, WBS Elements, Cost Planning, Budget Profiles and Settlement Rules
- Design and support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, costing and project financial management processes
- Configure professional services billing including Time & Materials, Fixed Price, Milestone Billing and Resource Related Billing
- Integrate SAP PS with SAP SD, FI/CO, HR and external business applications
- Support time recording, expense management and resource planning integrations
- Configure revenue recognition, project settlements and financial reportingDevelop project profitability reporting and management information
- Produce functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios and solution designs
- Deliver workshops, user training and business demonstrations
- Provide L2/L3 functional support while identifying opportunities to optimise processes and automate manual activities
