A globally established organisation is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This Salesforce Architect role will focus on architecting secure, scalable and high-performing Salesforce platforms while guiding delivery teams and working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs. The position is well suited to an experienced Salesforce architect who combines deep platform expertise with strong integration and solution design capability.
Responsibilities for the Salesforce Architect:
- Own end-to-end technical architecture across Salesforce programmes including integrations, data migration and platform customisation
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
- Translate business requirements into robust and maintainable technical designs
- Lead technical decision-making across integrations, data architecture and platform configuration
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
- Identify and mitigate technical risks across programmes
- Support pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, technical deep dives and proof-of-concepts
- Contribute to strategic architecture direction and Salesforce capability development
Essential Skills for the Salesforce Architect:
- Certified Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect
- Extensive experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions
- Strong expertise across Salesforce architecture including integration, data and security design
- Strong development background including Apex, Force.com or similar programming environments
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services and enterprise integration patterns
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable Skills for the Salesforce Architect:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Experience within automotive or manufacturing industry environments
