The Role

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Programme Management Lead to establish and strengthen programme management practices across a complex technology-enabled change environment.

You will shape governance, programme controls and ways of working while providing strong leadership across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.

Experience & Requirements

  • Proven experience establishing or transforming a PMO within a complex programme, portfolio or organisational environment.
  • Strong project delivery experience across planning, risk and issues, dependencies, assurance, benefits and change control.
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled change and working effectively with digital, data and technology teams.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across organisational boundaries.
  • Experience designing and implementing programme governance, reporting and controls.
  • Recognised qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, Ch PP, Mo P or equivalent.
  • Government, public sector or other large complex organisation experience is desirable.
