A leading Government organisation is seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to provide assurance across a portfolio of complex technology, construction, engineering and infrastructure programmes. Working within a high-profile PMO environment, you will use assurance, governance and performance insight to support strategic decision making, drive continuous improvement and provide independent challenge across major programmes.
Experience & Requirements
- Significant experience in project, programme, assurance or governance roles within complex organisations.
- Experience providing assurance across technology, construction, engineering or infrastructure programmes.
- Proven ability to use assurance and performance data to influence senior stakeholders and improve delivery outcomes.
- Strong experience challenging and advising senior leaders on programme risk, governance and investment decisions.
- Demonstrable experience driving continuous improvement across complex delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with quality reviews, data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- PRINCE2, APM or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Government or large regulated organisation experience is advantageous.
