A globally recognised consultancy is looking for an experienced Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) Technical Support Lead to provide technical leadership and specialist support across a complex enterprise Oracle WMS environment. This is a hands-on technical position combining Oracle WMS Cloud support, configuration, integrations, reporting and incident management. You will act as a subject matter expert for WMS, working closely with integration and reporting teams to troubleshoot complex issues, deliver system changes and ensure warehouse operations are effectively supported.
Responsibilities for the Oracle Technical Support Lead - WMS:
- Provide technical leadership and specialist support across Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS)
- Troubleshoot complex WMS incidents, identifying root causes and implementing effective resolutions
- Support reporting analysts with WMS reporting issues and troubleshoot the underlying reporting environment
- Work closely with integration teams to investigate and resolve technical integration issues
- Deliver WMS components as part of scheduled releases
