Are you an experienced Test Manager with a background in Oracle Fusion or large-scale ERP transformation programmes? We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities across a major Oracle Fusion implementation supporting a high-profile public sector client. This Oracle Fusion Test Manager will give you the opportunity to take ownership of testing strategy, governance and delivery across a complex enterprise programme, ensuring quality, compliance and successful outcomes throughout the testing lifecycle.

The Oracle Fusion Test Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams and delivery leadership to drive testing excellence across Oracle Fusion environments.

Responsibilities for the Oracle Fusion Test Manager:
  • Define and execute the overall testing strategy across Oracle Fusion upgrades, integrations and change initiatives
  • Lead and manage all phases of testing, including: Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Manage and mentor test analysts, test leads and wider testing resources
  • Develop testing schedules, resource plans and delivery timelines
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design effective test scenarios and coverage
  • Track testing progress, risks, defects and quality metrics, providing regular updates to programme leadership
  • Drive adoption of testing best practices, automation frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with governance, audit and quality assurance requirements
  • Lead defect triage activities and coordinate resolution across programme teams
Essential Skills for the Oracle Fusion Test Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Test Manager within Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud or large-scale ERP programmes
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies and testing governance
  • Experience managing enterprise testing lifecycles across complex implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes
  • Experience with testing tools such as: JIRA, Zephyr, Opkey, Similar enterprise testing platforms
  • Experience delivering both functional and non-functional testing, including: Performance, Security, Accessibility, Compatibility, Infrastructure Testing, Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven leadership experience managing testing teams and delivery workstreams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and governance standards
