An exciting international Communications Agency are looking to bring on a MEL Manager who will lead MEL for the delivery of defence and communication projects.

Responsibilities for the MEL Manager:

  • Working closely with the Strategy and Design, Digital, and Research teams to ensure that the programme generates meaningful change on time and within budget
  • Working with the project team and client to develop project-level theory of change, and results framework
  • Designing data collection methodologies, conducting analysis and writing reports
  • Telling a story with project data, both for internal project teams and clients
  • Developing impact narratives for clients
  • Planning and managing resources effectively
  • Managing any relevant junior research staff and/or subcontractors as necessary to achieve project objectives

Essential Skills for the MEL Manager:

  • Strong MEL experience
