A leading Government Institution are seeking a Service Architect (SC Cleared), to undertake an initial 6-month engagement (extendable).

Producing detailed service designs, you will lead on projects of work, acting as an SME and ensuring the design meets user and wider programme needs.

Demonstrated strength in process, technical, and team leadership, with a drive to produce high-quality designs and foster a culture focused on technical excellence and creative problem solving.

  • Reviewing, challenging and approving supplier process documentation for ITSM, Transition, Planning and Supplier Exit processes.
  • Proven ability to work across complex technology environments, collaborating with third-party vendors (including supporting procurement activities) as well as internal and cross-government stakeholders.
  • Track record of leading the delivery of complex service solutions within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring outcomes are stable, resilient, fully tested, and well documented.
  • Experience identifying emerging technology trends and advising on how future developments may benefit products or services.
  • ITIL certified.
  • Foundation-level project management knowledge in a recognised methodology (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Lean).
