Experience requirements:
- Ability to capture and validate requirements, related to Networking/Server upgrades / implementation projects, collaborating with network engineers and solution architects.
- Modelling complex processes/procedures using established techniques.
- Eliciting, analysing and validating business requirements and user needs, as well as business strategy problems, in the most appropriate and effective manner and format.
- Excellent Communicator - Ability to build relationships and trust with the end customer and internal teams.
- Understanding of Networking / Server environments.
