A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, with strong process mapping / process modelling experience, to contribute to a global networking/infrastructure project.

Experience requirements:

  • Ability to capture and validate requirements, related to Networking/Server upgrades / implementation projects, collaborating with network engineers and solution architects.
  • Modelling complex processes/procedures using established techniques.
  • Eliciting, analysing and validating business requirements and user needs, as well as business strategy problems, in the most appropriate and effective manner and format.
  • Excellent Communicator - Ability to build relationships and trust with the end customer and internal teams.
  • Understanding of Networking / Server environments.
