Job Description Senior Internal Recruiter Day Rate: up to Β£400 per day Inside IR35 Contract: 6 months + Ext Hybrid, minimum 1 day per week onsite A major public sector organisation is looking for three Senior Internal Recruiters to join its specialist digital recruitment function for an initial 6 month contract with a high likelihood of extension. This is a hands on recruitment role focused on finding and engaging scarce talent across Technology, Engineering, AI, Data, Cyber, Product and Digital Delivery. You will own complex recruitment campaigns, build talent pipelines and advise senior hiring stakeholders on the most effective routes to market. Responsibilities for the Senior Internal Recruiter: Own difficult and priority recruitment campaigns from initial brief through to accepted offer Partner with senior hiring managers to refine requirements and agree realistic recruitment strategies Build pipelines and relationships across specialist digital and technology markets Provide market insight covering talent availability, reward, location and candidate motivations Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process Use recruitment data and market insight to improve sourcing strategies and outcomes Essential Skills & Experience for the Senior Internal Recruiter: Strong experience sourcing scarce technology and digital professionals Strong understanding of technical talent including Software Engineering, AI, Data, Cyber, Product and Digital Delivery Proven experience mapping markets, approaching passive candidates and building talent pipelines Experience using multiple sourcing platforms and recruitment channels Ability to use market data and talent insight to recommend effective sourcing strategies Experience leading, coaching or supporting other recruiters or talent partners If you are interested, please reply in the immediate instance.
