Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud / Oracle WMS Cloud
- Experience configuring and supporting inbound warehouse processes
- Strong understanding of end-to-end outbound fulfilment
- Experience with warehouse inventory control and optimisation
- Strong knowledge of LPN management
- Experience with inventory visibility and control
- Ability to design and configure warehouse structures and operational rules
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across Oracle WMS environments
- Experience supporting integrations and reporting within a WMS environment
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex production incidents
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Desirable: Oracle WMS API experience, including REST and SOAP APIs
- Desirable: XML and JSON
- Desirable: Knowledge of underlying Oracle WMS core tables
- Desirable: SQL query development
- Desirable: Oracle SCM knowledge
- Desirable: Experience working across complex enterprise warehouse and supply chain environments
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and specialist support across Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS)
- Troubleshoot complex WMS incidents, identifying root causes and implementing effective resolutions
- Support reporting analysts with WMS reporting issues and troubleshoot the underlying reporting environment
- Work closely with integration teams to investigate and resolve technical integration issues
- Deliver WMS components as part of scheduled service releases
- Implement configuration changes and fixes across Oracle WMS modules
- Support inbound warehouse processes and associated WMS configurations
- Support end-to-end outbound fulfilment processes
- Provide expertise across warehouse inventory control, optimisation and inventory visibility
- Support License Plate Number (LPN) management and associated warehouse processes
- Configure warehouse structures, operational rules and fulfilment processes
- Work across APIs, integrations and reporting to maintain reliable communication between WMS and wider enterprise systems
- Take ownership of WMS incidents through investigation, resolution and closure
- Provide technical guidance to wider support, integration and business teams
