A leading Central Government organisation is seeking an experienced Programme Manager (SC Cleared) to lead the delivery of a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation supporting over 250,000 civil servants across multiple government departments. You will lead complex programme delivery, managing technical, business and supplier workstreams to ensure successful implementation of a shared enterprise platform.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (or equivalent cloud ERP such as SAP S/4HANA or Workday).
- Experience managing programmes across the full lifecycle, including design, build, testing, data migration and go-live.
- Ability to manage complex risks, dependencies and senior stakeholders across large organisations.
- Government or Shared Services transformation experience is highly desirable.
