Role: IT Support Technician

Location: Paddington, London, onsite 3 days a week

Salary: Up to £40K + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you looking to be an IT Support Technician? Do you want to gain experience providing IT Support for a variety of companies and industries? Are you looking to work with a Managed Service Provider? This IT Support Technician role will allow you to further develop your technical skillset through fully funded qualifications and aid you in progressing your career from 1st/2nd Line to 3rd Line and Infrastructure support.

Working as an IT Support Technician, you and 4 other team members will be providing 1st and 2nd Line support to users from different companies in different sectors. Day-to-day duties of an IT Support Technician include:

  • Assigning and resolving tickets
  • Escalating unresolved issues
  • Software administration
  • Consistently ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Networking DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN
  • Communicating with users effectively

  • Worked with Linux
