Digital Delivery Manager - DV Cleared - Contract
Rate : £700 per day
Duration : 6 month contract (extendable)
Location : 2 days per week in London, remainder remote

The role :
A Government organisation is seeking a DV Cleared Digital Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex digital and technology projects within a secure environment. You will work closely with end users, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure digital services are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to operational and programme objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex digital, technology, or transformation programmes
- Strong project and delivery management background
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
- Experience working within defence, government, national security, aerospace, or other highly regulated environments
- Understanding of governance, assurance, and secure delivery practices
- Active DV Clearance essential
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects and services
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, schedules, and reporting
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for delivery activities across stakeholders
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including developers, infrastructure engineers, security specialists, architects, and business analysts
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and assurance frameworks
- Produce delivery reporting, dashboards, and risk registers
- Drive delivery performance across multiple concurrent workstreams
