- Having 1st and 2nd line responsibilities
- Managing and resolving typical tickets with customers and external contractors
- Office365 migration
- Tenant to tenant migration

Whilst you may start working in 1st and 2nd line, there is a clear path to being in 3rd line and dealing with more complicated tickets, which is where you can show off your knowledge and expertise with IT and eventually find yourself in a management role.
