A client of ours is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to support their clients with a mixture of BAU and project work. The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining a fast-paced environment and a supportive team. The role will focus on troubleshooting issues, supporting users and maintaining IT systems.
They are seeking someone who is a quick learner, has a great attitude and excellent communication skills. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will have the opportunity to support a variety of different environments and users, working across a broad Microsoft-focused technology stack.
Essential skills - 2nd Line Support Engineer:- Windows 10 & 11 support
- Active Directory / Entra ID - user administration and group policies
- Office 365 - mailbox creation, email flow, distribution lists and security groups
- Intune - managed laptops and mobile devices
- Basic networking knowledge - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience handling escalations from 1st Line
- Azure - administration
- Project experience
- Microsoft certifications
- PowerShell (basic)
- MSP experience
