Location : London, Manchester or Bristol (Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite. Candidates based outside London should expect to travel to London approximately once per month.)

A major public sector organisation is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to senior leadership within a fast paced digital transformation environment.

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring multiple senior leaders are organised, prepared and able to focus on delivering strategic programmes.
Responsibilities - Executive Assistant
- Provide comprehensive diary management for multiple senior leaders, managing competing priorities and scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including bookings, itineraries and supporting documentation.
- Manage busy mailboxes, prioritising communications and ensuring actions are followed up promptly.
- Organise internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating logistics and distributing meeting papers.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation and external partners.
- Coordinate communication and activities across senior leaders, internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring priorities are aligned and actions are delivered efficiently.
- Prepare and coordinate briefing materials for meetings and engagements.
- Support senior leaders with expenses, administrative activities and day to day office management.
- Respond proactively to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.
Essential Skills - Executive Assistant
- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or Diary Manager supporting multiple senior leaders.
- Excellent diary and mailbox management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High levels of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently.
Desirable Skills - Executive Assistant
- Experience working within Central Government, Local Government or other public sector organisations.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or technology teams.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across large organisations.
