An exciting international Communications Agency are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of defence and communication projects.
Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:
- Ensure the end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams within the project
- Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of project activities, ensuring delivery to the highest standard, on time and within budget
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance
- Planning, reporting and performance tracking, including quarterly reports and internal reviews
- Organising meetings, managing task workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between a variety of teams
- Maintain oversight of project documentation, ensuring all outputs, deliverables, and lessons learned are properly recorded
- Manage internal and partner relationships, ensuring clarity on responsibilities, deliverables, and expectations
