A leading Central Government organisation is seeking an experienced Business Architect to support business transformation, operating model design and strategic change initiatives. You will work across strategic and operational teams to shape future-state capabilities, identify organisational gaps and develop practical roadmaps that enable successful transformation.
Experience Requirements:
- Strong experience developing and supporting Target Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state operating models.
- Proven experience in business architecture, capability mapping, value streams and strategic roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience identifying capability, process and organisational gaps.
- Ability to translate complex business information into clear, structured recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders across strategic and operational levels.
- Experience supporting business transformation and digital change programmes.
- Strong understanding of business impacts, risks, dependencies and transition planning.
