A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, with strong process mapping / process modelling experience, to contribute to a global networking/infrastructure project.
Experience requirements:
- Ability to capture and validate requirements, related to Networking/Server upgrades / implementation projects, collaborating with network engineers and solution architects
- Modelling complex processes/procedures using established techniques
- Eliciting, analysing and validating business requirements and user needs, as well as business strategy problems, in the most appropriate and effective manner and format
- Excellent Communicator - Ability to build relationships and trust with the end customer and internal teams
- Understanding of Networking / Server environments
