A large organisation is seeking a Data Scientist to support the delivery of AI and machine learning solutions across an evolving enterprise data environment. This is a hands-on role working across the full ML lifecycle, from prototype through to production, focused on delivering scalable, value-driven outcomes.
Experience requirements & Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Translate prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
- Prepare and analyse large datasets, extracting actionable insights.
- Evaluate, optimise and monitor model performance.
- Support the design and delivery of AI initiatives.
- Work within Agile teams and engage with stakeholders across the business.
Essential:
- Strong Python skills (R, Java or C++ beneficial).
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience working with large datasets and data tools.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualisation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
