A large public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a multidisciplinary digital delivery team supporting the development and enhancement of key digital services with significant UX focus.

Experience requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritise product backlogs, ensuring alignment to roadmap objectives and delivery priorities.
  • Work across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital products and services.
  • Use user-centred design principles and insights to shape product direction and prioritisation.
  • Identify delivery risks, dependencies and blockers, working with stakeholders to mitigate effectively.
  • Support Agile delivery practices, adapting approaches where required to improve outcomes.
  • Use data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and measure product success.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Contribute to business cases, value propositions and outcome-focused service improvements.
  • Support and mentor colleagues on product management best practice.

Essential:

  • Experience in Product Management within digital or technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and user-centred design principles.
  • Experience managing backlogs, priorities and delivery dependencies.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
  • Experience within government or large public sector organisations desirable.
  • Relevant Agile, Product Management or digital delivery certifications beneficial.
