Business Analyst - £500 per day | Inside IR35 | Remote | 6 months
I'm looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong IAM / IGA experience to support a major Identity & Access Management programme within a complex public sector environment.
You'll be responsible for analysing existing IAM processes and systems, defining future-state processes and translating business, security and technical needs into clear requirements for a new IAM solution.
Key requirements:
- Strong Business Analysis experience across multiple IAM / IGA projects
- Experience of large-scale Identity Governance & Administration implementations
- Strong AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and optimisation experience
- Requirements elicitation, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience working across multiple business areas, customers or user groups
- Good understanding of identity lifecycle, access controls, RBAC and Zero Trust
- Experience with data, role and access modelling
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Able to bridge business requirements and technical IAM delivery
