We’re looking for someone at the early stages of their design career to join the team and get a taste of working in a fast-paced music environment. This is a part-time, in-person role based in our Bermondsey office, working three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) for six months. A strong interest in music, enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in are essential.
Involved Creative is the in-house creative team supporting the Anjuna record labels as well as the wider Involved Group across areas including events, artist projects, and brand initiatives. Working within a team of creatives, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of creative output that underpins everything we do.
This role is focused on delivering the essential creative work that keeps our ecosystem moving, from social assets and digital releases to campaign rollouts and event content. You’ll be working across a high volume of briefs, helping bring ideas to life at speed while learning how a leading music and culture brand operates creatively.
You’ll be trusted with real work from day one, while being supported by the wider team to develop your skills, taste and creative thinking.
Location: Bermondsey, London
Working pattern: Part-time (3 days/week) in-person at our lively Bermondsey office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the design team across day-to-day creative output for labels, releases, events and wider group projects
- Creating assets for digital campaigns, social media and streaming platforms
- Rolling out existing campaign identities across multiple formats and touchpoints
- Assisting with artwork production and content preparation
- Contributing to the consistency and quality of the Anjuna visual identity across the wider Involved ecosystem
- Working across multiple briefs at pace, learning how to prioritise and deliver efficiently
About you:
The ideal candidate for this role will likely have:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- A strong understanding of layout, typography and composition
- Interest in motion, video and digital content, with ability to create motion assets
- Awareness of social platforms and how design functions within them
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to take direction and apply feedback quickly
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in electronic music and visual culture
