Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are once again working with a highly progressive and forward-thinking Manufacturing business - head office based in Wolverhampton but the role is a Key Account Manager position that comes with Hybrid / Field based working. * Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5pm * Salary - £38,000 to £45,000 * Car or Car Allowance * Bonus, Pension and Hybrid working Responsibilities: * Manage and grow national and regional merchant, retail and distribution accounts. * Win new business opportunities. * Deliver annual sales and margin targets. * Negotiate pricing, promotions and trading agreements. * Produce account plans and sales forecasts. * Analyse sales, competitor and market data. * Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Product teams. * Maintain CRM and sales reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience managing major retail or merchant accounts along with strong commercial and negotiation skills, excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities we well as being analytical with forecasting experience.
