Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate Mechanical estimates for a range of new build projects
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather relevant information
- Assess project risks and opportunities to ensure competitive and viable bids
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Contribute to value engineering and cost saving initiatives
- Support the commercial and project teams through the pre-construction phase
The successful individual will have:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in estimation software
