A large and respected Mechanical and Electrical contractor, based in the North West is now seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join a well established team, delivering high quality building services across a wide range of sectors
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering various projects within a business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and long term client relationships.
As the Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of Electrical installations from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
You will manage projects of high value, ensuring delivery safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will lead projects while maintaining commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage electrical projects throughout their full lifecycle.
Plan, programme, and coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
Ensure successful commissioning, testing, and project handover.
The ideal individual for this role ….
Previous experience managing electrical installations on residential and/or commercial developments.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate project teams.
