We are working in partnership with a highly respected and long-established electrical contractor to recruit a number of experienced Electrical Supervisors to support continued growth across their project portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering high-quality electrical installations across commercial, industrial, retail, public sector and distribution environments, with a strong emphasis on energy-efficient and sustainable solutions.
About the Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, overseeing site operations and ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards. Projects will typically involve:
- LV and high voltage electrical installations
- Commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes
- Industrial and distribution environments
- Energy-efficient and sustainable installations
- Inspection, testing, and compliance works
These are site-based positions, requiring flexibility to travel and lodge as projects demand.
What We’re Looking For
We are keen to speak with Supervisors who have proven experience within:
- Commercial / industrial electrical installations
- Large-scale fit-out or infrastructure projects
- Managing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Inspection, testing or commissioning (advantageous)
Key requirements:
- SSSTS / SMSTS (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on live sites
- Full UK driving licence
