We are partnering with a specialist contractor with over 20 years of experience delivering environmental and water infrastructure projects across the UK.

Due to sustained business growth, a strong order book, and a secure pipeline of future work, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of multiple projects concurrently, with values ranging from £50,000 to £2 million.

This role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to play a key part in the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of schemes.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and cost reporting.
  • Providing early warnings and proactive commercial advice to mitigate project risks.
  • Administering and overseeing projects under NEC forms of contract.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting and mentoring a Trainee Quantity Surveyor as part of their professional development.
