Involve Recruitment seeking a hands-on Solar Supervisor to join an established construction contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in solar PV to step into a leadership role with real long-term progression.\\n\\nThis role has potential to progress into solar lead and will also fund any required qualifications.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Supervise the day-to-day running of solar PV installation sites\\n\\n * Lead and manage installation teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently\\n\\n * Ensure all work meets industry standards and H&S regulations\\n\\n * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams\\n\\n * Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting\\n\\n * Support training and development of junior team members\\n\\n * Troubleshoot technical issues on-site when required\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Proven experience with solar PV installations (roof and/or ground-mounted)\\n\\n * Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of H&S and electrical standards\\n\\n * Full UK driving licence\\n\\n * CSCS required\\n\\n * SSSTS (preferred)\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\n * Progression opportunities\\n\\n * £43,000\\n\\n * Company Van\\n\\n * Travel expenses\\n\\n * Funded required qualifications
