We are working with a leading construction and infrastructure contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Social Value Manager to support the delivery of projects across the region. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring social value plans across multiple projects, ensuring contractual commitments are achieved and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering social value strategies across construction projects
  • Working closely with project teams to identify and maximise community benefits
  • Building relationships with local authorities, schools, colleges, charities, and community organisations
  • Coordinating employment, apprenticeship, work experience, and training initiatives
  • Organising community engagement events and educational programmes
  • Monitoring and reporting social value performance against contractual targets
  • Collecting and analysing social value data and preparing reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting bid submissions and contributing to social value commitments during tender stages
  • Promoting sustainability, inclusion, and community investment initiatives across the business
  • Acting as the key point of contact for all social value-related activities
