We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor for a retail roofing refurbishment project in Blandford Forum. You will be working direct for the roofing contractor who are the principal contractor, so a knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing would be advantageous. Scope of works includes single ply and overcladding.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Client liaison
- Health & Safety
- Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Weekly reporting
- Management of labour and sub-contractors
You must be computer literate (own laptop) as you will be working on the contractor's own internal computer system and reporting back to senior management with progress and updates. You will need the usual construction-related certifications such as CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS, and First Aid.
