We are working with a leading infrastructure contractor who has secured a major highway site development in Bristol as part of the Metrowest programme. They require a Site Agent / Senior Site Agent to take responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of a multi site programme of highway development schemes forming part of the Metrowest project. This role includes managing site teams, overseeing construction activities, supporting pre construction documentation, and leading the project through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all works are delivered in full compliance with contract Terms and Conditions
- Contract Health construction development including drafting:
- Construction Phase Plans (CPP)
- Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP)
- Consents and permits applications
- Lead day to day site management once works commence (June 2026)
- Work collaboratively with site teams and commercial colleagues to ensure effective cost control
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions where needed
- Ensure changes to the contract are identified, communicated, and managed appropriately
