We are partnering with one of the UK’s leading contracting groups, delivering major infrastructure projects across the power, water, rail, and highways sectors. Following the recent award of a significant £80M+ contract, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role on this landmark civil engineering scheme. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will lead the successful delivery of a complex, multi-disciplinary project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead early-stage stakeholder engagement with clients, consultants, and key partners
- Oversee design development, programme planning, and budget control
- Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of project milestones
- Manage large, multidisciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical works
- Maintain high standards within a safety-critical environment
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering major civil engineering projects in a Project Management role
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with a solid understanding of project financials
- In-depth knowledge of NEC forms of contract
