Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are recruiting for a SENIOR HR GENERALIST for a Manufacturing company within the Black country region. Our client operates within a fast-paced, operationally driven sector, with a workforce of approximately 150 employees. The business has a strong mix of industrial and commercial teams, including warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and office-based staff. Backed by financially strong ownership, the company has ambitious growth plans, including future acquisitions.
Salary - 32,000 to 40,000
Monday to Friday - flex start and finish time from 8am to complete a 37 hour week if full time but they are also open to part time hours!
This is a broad and varied position where you will take full responsibility for the HR function. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver both strategic and day-to-day HR support across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of HR administration and employee lifecycle
- Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice
- Supporting with contracts, policies, and HR documentation
- Leading on HR processes related to upcoming acquisitions, including TUPE
