Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are in partnership with a well-respected, niche business in the heart of the Midlands that is looking to make their dreams of growth a 2026 reality! With this, we are looking to bring in a Sales and Marketing Manager! A new role for the business YOU GET TO CREATE IT AND MAKE IT YOUR OWN!
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours but flexible on start and finish time (note the business is looking for office based)
This is a standalone role so the ideal person will be looking to do everything from the marketing strategy, management of the website, socials, video content through to analysis and then driving the sales - it's hands-on and will be 100% 'your baby'... A dream job for any Sales and Marketing Manager!
We envisage a 60/40 split in the role – 60% Marketing based and 40% Sales based with the full support of the Managing Director, who has really thrown himself into learning about marketing so you will be working with someone forward-thinking with a 'let's try it and see' vibe about him!
This role will have a huge digital element to it and ideally someone who is also passionate about AI and has the experience to make AI really work for the business!
