With over 100 years of experience, we specialise in the bespoke design and manufacture of components supplied to the construction, aerospace and many other market sectors.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team in a busy, varied role where attention to detail, organisation and excellent communication skills are essential.
The Role As Sales Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and customer support, working closely with customers, the Sales team and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer requirements are met.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks and building strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general office administration duties
- Liaise with customers and respond to queries professionally and efficiently
- Process customer orders and schedules accurately
- Analyse, understand and monitor customer product demand
- Use a range of IT packages and customer web portals
- Accurately input and maintain customer information and data
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
- Provide administrative and customer support to the external Sales team
- Assist with other duties as required to support the smooth running of the Sales function About You We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident when communicating with customers and colleagues.

- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
