- Drive commercial growth and deliver sales budgets across our product range, ensuring profitable expansion in line with business KPIs.
- Play a key role in planning and presenting performance insights to the Senior Executive team, helping shape the strategy and future direction of the business.
- Collaborate on a specification approach for our huge portfolio, developing a strong pipeline with major distributors and the Specification team.
- Implement sales strategies aligned with operational and financial objectives.
- Work alongside peers to develop key market opportunities.
