Involve Recruitment are working with a well-established refurbishment specialist contractor based in Bridgend, seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client\’s dynamic & exciting team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential and commercial refurbishment projects across South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Managing subcontractor packages and procurement
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance
- Conducting site visits and liaising with clients, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual obligations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a QS role, ideally within the refurbishment or fit-out sector
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
