Quality Process Engineer

Involve Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing company in the West Midlands seeking a Quality Process Engineer to drive continuous product quality improvement and support process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) teams to resolve quality issues.
3. Implement and audit process controls.
4. Manage internal and external rejects, including scrap and customer returns.
5. Create and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs.

Essential Skills:

1. Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting.
