A leading and highly respected Mechanical & Electrical high performance processing engineering contractor is now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its operational team. This is a key leadership role within a business renowned for delivering complex, high value projects within Data Centre and Pharmaceutical sectors.
As the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of 2–3 current projects, primarily within the Pharmaceutical and Data Centre sectors. You will provide strong commercial and operational leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple M&E projects up to £10M
- Leading and motivating large, multidisciplinary project teams
- Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional delivery
- Overseeing commercial performance, programme, quality, and HSEQ compliance
- Driving continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery
- Supporting and mentoring project and site management teams
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager ready to step up)
- Strong background in Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, or other high-performance / regulated environments
- Demonstrated longevity and progression within management roles
- Commercially astute and client-focused
- Excellent communication and forward thinking
