  • Slabbing / paving
  • Groundworks
  • Brickwork and edging
  • External property alterations
  • Handrail installation
  • General building and maintenance

The most important thing is that you are practical, reliable and capable of working to a good standard without constant supervision.

  • Experience with concrete and/or paving works
  • Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard
  • Own basic tools

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable and professional approach
  • Good communication skills
  • CSCS would be advantageous but is not essential depending on experience

  • Regular workload with an established contractor
  • Opportunity to build a strong working relationship with the client
  • Materials and specialist equipment provided
  • Suitable for an experienced individual or established two-man team
  • Opportunity for someone currently working on an ad-hoc basis to secure greater continuity of work
  • Immediate / prompt start available

If you're an experienced Builder, Groundworker, Ramp Installer or Multi-Skilled Operative looking for consistent long-term work, or you're an established builder and labourer team looking for a regular contract, we'd be interested in hearing from you.
