Step into a senior commercial leadership position on a major water framework. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you'll lead a team of QSs and Senior QSs, take ownership of commercial performance across multiple call-off contracts, and help shape how the framework is run commercially. What you'll do * Lead, coach and develop the QS team, including direct line management of Senior QSs * Own commercial performance, forecasting and control across all call-offs * Run the monthly reporting cycle: client reports, CVRs, cash flow, change and cost * Administer NEC3 contracts, including Compensation Events, negotiations and disputes * Oversee subcontract performance against programme, budget and contract * Lead commercial risk management and recover contractual entitlement * Turn multi-project data into clear executive summaries, and keep improving commercial systems and reporting What you'll bring * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar * Proven record leading commercial teams in construction, infrastructure, utilities or engineering * Extensive NEC3 experience: ECC Option A, Compensation Events, change control, dispute resolution * Full ownership of the monthly reporting cycle, including upstream and downstream change * Sharp financial analysis and expert-level Excel * Strong negotiation skills and a firm grip on governance and controls Desirable * Water, utilities or framework experience * COINS or similar systems * Power BI and reporting dashboard experience
