Multi Traders

Telford / ShropshireRegion

We are currently looking for a number of Multi Traders to be based in the Telford / Shropshireregion to undertake refurbishment works within social housing properties.

They are looking for individuals to have previous experience within this sector and a skill set to undertake works such as:

  • Kitchen replacements
  • Bathroom replacements
  • Flooring replacements
  • UPVCglass replacements
  • Plaster patching
  • Painting & Glossing
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Tiling
  • Roofing repairs (missing tiles, felt, flat roofs)
  • Small groundworks (re-laying slabs etc)
  • Brickwork pointing
  • Loft insulation (redistribution/ top up)

This will be long term ongoing work and you will need your own vehicle and tools. Ideally you will also possess a valid CSCS card and be prepared to undertake a DBS.

Due to the nature of the work you must also be prepared to travel in and around the Telford / Shropshireregion. Areas covered include: Telford & Wrekin, Shrewsbury, Newport and Shropshire area.
