Multi Traders
Worcestershire Region
We are currently looking for a number of Multi Traders to be based in the Worcestershire region to undertake refurbishment works within social housing properties.
They are looking for individuals to have previous experience within this sector and a skill set to undertake works such as:
- Kitchen replacements
- Bathroom replacements
- Flooring replacements
- UPVC glass replacements
- Plaster patching
- Painting & Glossing
- Plumbing repairs
- Tiling
- Roofing repairs (missing tiles, felt, flat roofs)
- Small groundworks (re-laying slabs etc)
- Brickwork pointing
- Loft insulation (redistribution / top up)
This will be long term ongoing work and you will need your own vehicle and tools. Ideally you will also possess a valid CSCS card and be prepared to undertake a DBS.
Due to the nature of the work you must also be prepared to travel in and around the Worcestershire region. Areas covered include: Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster, Worcester, Malvern and the Herefordshire region.
