Involve Recruitment are looking for an experienced Lead Electrical Supervisor to oversee domestic electrical services projects across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. This role combines hands-on electrical expertise with team leadership, managing a small group of skilled operatives to deliver high-quality installations and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate domestic electrical installations, testing, and maintenance works
- Lead, manage, and support a small team of qualified electricians
- Carry out inspection, testing, and certification of works (sign-off) in line with regulations
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with current electrical regulations (BS 7671)
- Oversee site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and allocation of labour and materials
Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic electrical services
- NICEIC Approved Contractor or Qualified Supervisor status (able to inspect, test, and sign off work)
- Strong working knowledge of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations)
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Full UK driving licence
