Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Manufacture to recruit for Logistics Team Leaders Location: Staffordshire Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (with additional overtime available) Pay: £16.32 per hour + Quarterly Bonus Scheme My client is growing – and looking for three experienced and motivated Team Leaders to take ownership of the loading and unloading of the logistics. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll make a real impact on production, quality, and team development. Areas of Responsibility: Leadership opportunities leading the below department * Logistics/Warehousing You will report directly to the Works Supervisor and play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations while continuing to contribute hands-on in your trade area.
